Identified -
We’ve identified the cause of the issue affecting the Punchh APIs used by mobile applications. A fix is being prepared and will be implemented soon.
At this time, only mobile applications are impacted. All other platform functionalities are working as expected.
We’ll share another update once the fix is in place.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting Punchh APIs and Incoming webhooks, which are exhibiting unexpected behavior. As a result, customer mobile applications may experience degraded functionality or may be unable to load certain features.
